AZ Off-site meetings

The whole ACTION Zambia team, including our Zambian teammates, gathered for three days of meetings. Since AZ is still in the foundation building stage we hashed out Philosophies of Ministries, worked on strategic planning for the future and the BIG PICTURE (shown in diagram) of how AZ ministries fit together. Thinking this through and drawing it up gave us all a sense of purpose and success in the meeting time spent.
