My Trip to the Bush

"My Trip to the Bush"Me and my dad went on a hunting trip
Yesterday we drove home to Lusaka.
Three tents were at our camp.
Right of the camp was my tent.
It was green and purple.
Polly Pockets is what I played with my friend.
Termite hills were everywhere.
Okay, but that wasn't all. There were Lechwe
Too. Those are a kind of antelope, our tents were
Hard and cold sometimes.
Elisabeth, her brother, Isaac and Mr. Sawka went too.
But in the car us kids played the everlasting game of
UNO!
Storks were surrounding us
Huge the storks were. And that is my adventure. The End. By Heather Stranberg, age 9
Lest you think we are always having fun these are only a couple days away from the daily ministry. They simply lend themselves to more photographs. Keith has a way of getting invited to tag along with people on cool adventures. One photo shows the three kids sneaking up on the big storks. And the last photo shows our workman taking the head home to prepare the skull and antlers for mounting. He said everyone was watching him as he went by on his bike. You see everything and anything in Zambia!
