What am I holding in my hand?

Did I win the lottery? Win an impressive award? Sorry, no. I got a speeding ticket! I usually only drive once a week - to get our food. I don't think I drive fast but I exceeded the limit of 65 km. The reason that I am smiling is that the ticket cost ZMK 67,500 which is only $17. It's the only cheap thing here!
