More Chicago Fun
I got a strange shot of the glass elevator at Water Tower Place. I also enjoyed seeing the horse and carriage. It may be a little known fact that I drove carriages in Chicago from 1984-1989 during and after college. Oh, I loved that job. After lunch we saw the wonderful artwork at the Chicago Art Institute. Those two huge lion sculptures outside the museum are famous. There is a collection of dollhouse size 'rooms' decorated like antique European homes and Early American homes. These were fantastic and well worth seeing. We enjoyed those as much as the Monet, Renoir and Degas paintings.
