Alek turns 4

Here are some fun photos from Alek's 4th birthday. I've learned to make a cake from scratch including frosting, not bad. Thank you, Great Aunt Elaine, for the recipe and the Big Woods Church cookbook! Alek had fun with us and with Auntie Susan and Uncle Blake here. We had pizza, sang to him and surprised him in the kitchen with the cake, cards and a few gifts. We opened cards from family and friends. The team that came from WI carried the trainset over for us. Thanks, Pastor Wade and family! For a boy, Alek surprisingly likes to dress nice. He loves the little Zambian shorts outfit we got for him.
