I've been reading a children's version of "The Pilgrim's Progress" to the kids during school. The original of this book was written by John Bunyan in the 1660's. It is an allegory of a Christian's journey to the "Celestial City". So the kids drew a Jesus and placed him on the cross one evening. Their loads fell off! The other photos are of the battle between Christian and Apollyon. Kelly and Olivia played Apollyon and helper while Heather was Christian, Dorcas was Peaceful and Alek was Faithful. They made the 'armor of God' (Eph. 6:11-20) with cereal boxes and cardboard. If you don't know what I'm talking about read it if you haven't!
