Special Day for Emmanuel Homes and School

In early October I posted information about Emmanuel Homes and School. Saturday, Oct. 29, was their dedication. Our home church has an interest in this project so it was a special day for us. Something neat to think about is that in 2002 our church had a special missions service and offering concerning this childrens' home and school. Little did we know we would be directly involved in it and living in Zambia, attending it's grand opening. Photos show some of the activities of the day. A choir sang with beautiful voices and several key people spoke. Glenn, AZ director, encouraged the church to see these children as belonging to them and promoted church-wide involvement in their lives.
