Vasco's Wedding

Friday afternoon most of the AZ team attended the wedding of Vasco and Reni. Vasco is part of the AZ street kid team. Vasco is holding a neice? and Reni is center with white crocheted wrap, her family surrounds them. Glenn and Liese, AZ directors were very involved in helping with wedding plans. Liese is in ceremony photo giving the rings. Much was similar to a US wedding just more simple and casual.
These girls are a few of the girls who live on the streets and know Vasco from the street kid minstry. I think it was good for them to witness a wedding ceremony and marriage committment. A few of them have asked AZ for help in getting off the streets. AZ hopes to see more come to a safer environment and come to know Jesus.
